When registering for events, the following data is also collected:
Salutation and title
Last name and first name
E-mail address
Institution
Data deletion and storage period of this additional data
The personal data will only be disclosed to the persons involved in the organization of the event in question for the purpose of invitation and event management. The personal data of the individual will be deleted or disabled as soon as the purpose for which it was stored has been achieved. Storage may take place beyond this if the European or national regulations, laws or other provisions require it, so long the person prodviding the data is part of them.
